Nancy McCarthy approaches sales as a strategy that is made up of several tactical steps. She stresses that we need to solve the clients problems, not talk about how much information we know. She coached us on areas to improve our meeting skills when attending sales meetings with clients. She always stressed the importance of being in front of the customer and developing strong relationships. She convinced us that sometimes giving less information is best. She showed us the importance of evaluating and qualifying opportunities to determine the best business to win and save us time and money on needless bids.
